These are outdated planning archives from the 2003 reunion, in case they prove useful to future generations (or older versions of ourselves).

Getting started

1. Obligatory: Please update your myimsa account information, since it's how we find people (and will make the IAA very, very happy).
2. Whether you're coming or not, please subscribe to the class of '03 mailing list.
3. Status check! Add your name on Who's Coming (and check out which of your friends will be around). Fair warning: this is a temporary hack, visit the evite here (link will become active when evites go out).
4. Consider helping out. We need lots of help. Please. We haven't gotten any less busy since graduation either... see below for opportunities.

Help wanted

We're looking for the following:

• Help us track down and contact '03ers as well as staff and faculty who are no longer at IMSA here. 
• Are you a good photographer? We need some volunteers to take pictures on both evenings of the event.
• Can you DJ? Do you have a cool music collection? We need folks to bring and play music throughout.
• Do you, for some strange reason, enjoy Powerpoint? We're looking for a small team to head up an "'03: Where Are They Now?" slideshow with photos and short updates from everyone in our class. Details about this here: Slideshow
• Can you give people rides? Do you need a ride? List yourself in the Transportation Exchange.
• Do you live near Chicago/IMSA? Can you offer crash space for folks coming in from out of town? Are you in need of a couch? List yourself in the Couch Exchange.
